Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes

  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated low-fats milk 
> Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Place tomatoes in a thirteen x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 375° for half-hour or till browned, stirring sometimes.
  3. Whereas tomatoes cook dinner, place bread in a meals processor; pulse 2 instances or till crumbly. Toss crumbs with melted butter.

  7. Sprinkle every serving with about three tablespoons breadcrumbs.
