- three ounces sourdough bread, torn into items
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 12 ounces giant elbow macaroni
- 2 cups (eight ounces) shredded extrasharp cheddar cheese
- 1/four cup egg substitute
- three cups halved cherry tomatoes
- Cooking spray
- 1/four teaspoon black pepper
